15 days of prolonged maceration in steel containers.

Maturing & Aging:

French oak, stainless steel tanks and in bottles.

Characteristic notes:

Bright red with good consistency, elegant aromas of fruit and jam that we find on the palate in good company of soft and elegant tannins.


Grilled roasts and traditional torcinelli are the recommended combinations.
