Harvest method:


Primary fermentation:

8 hours maceration of the wine on its skins, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control of 15°C.

Maturing & Aging:

In steel containers, bottle aging.

Characteristic notes:

Bright antique pink color with a large bouquet of fresh and citrus aromas. The taste is intense, fresh, soft and savory.

Service temperature:

8/9°C to highlight the particular fruity taste.


Enjoy it with salmon, trout, grouper and fish soups.
