15 days prolonged maceration of the wine in stainless steel tanks.

Maturing & Aging:

American oak, Stainless steel tanks and in bottles.

Characteristic notes:

Ruby red color with good consistency, elegant spicy aromas of jam and ripe fruit. Prolonged maceration enhances the complexity of the aromas and varietal aromas.


Ideal to accompany grilled red meats and cheese.
