Primary fermentation

Prefermentation maceration with skins for 24 hours at 4-5°C, soft pressing after maceration and fermentation in steel for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 14°C.

Maturing & Aging

In steel containers sur lies with batonnage for 5 months.

Characteristic notes

Bright rosé with an intense cherry color, the nose shows an intense bouquet of tropical and citrus fruit, then complexes with notes of red fruit.
