Characteristic notes:

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, it opens to the nose with tropical fruity aromas, its taste is mineral and soft, pleasantly warm, complex and savory, with good persistence.

Pairings:

It goes well with shellfish, appetizers and tasty fish dishes.
