Primary fermentation:

25 days of prolonged maceration in steel containers.

Maturing & Aging:

In American and French oak barrels of first and second use for 6 months, aging in cask for 12 months and then in bottle for 6 months.

Characteristic notes:

Bouquet of red fruit, spices, vanilla. Soft, warm and velvety taste with good structure, balanced and pleasant.

Pairings:

Ideal with important dishes, grilled meat and succulent roasts.
