Primary fermentation:

8 hours maceration of the wine on its skins, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control of 14° C.

Maturing & Aging:

Stainless steel tanks and in bottles.

Characteristic notes:

Pale pink color, with scent of red fruits on the nose ripe pomegranate and citrus notes. Soft and mineral in the mouth, with good balance and long aromatic persistence.

Service temperature:

8/9° C.

Pairings:

Ideal to accompany good Mediterranean dishes.
