Primary fermentation:

In steel containers and partially in French oak barrels.

Characteristic notes:

Bright golden color. Aromas of acacia honey, apricots and citrus jam. Fresh aftertaste, balanced acidity, sweet character and mineral complexity.

Service temperature:

14° C.

Pairings:

Accompanies aged cheeses, fruit and desserts.
