Characteristic notes:

Ruby red color with purple reflections, the nose has hints of small berries, slightly spicy. In the mouth it has soft and velvety tannins, with a good aftertaste persistence.

Pairings:

Ideal with roasted meats and non-spicy aged cheeses.
