Wines
Teanum: Apulian wines, international taste.
Apulia has been for millennia a crossroads of cultures and customs, traditions and trade exchanges, which have forever marked its wine and gastronomic heritage. Initially dedicated to the production of red wines intended for blending thin wines from Northern Italy and France, today our region boasts a wide range of traditional red and rosé wines, modern white wines and interesting sweet and sparkling wines. This oenological recovery has allowed us to constantly experiment, up to the point of creating our own wine lines.
Teanum wine lines are collections designed to tell the story of Apulia in all its facets, from the famous Primitivo Wine to the only PDO San Severo Reserve, but also to embrace international markets. Our wines’ trademarks are the perfect harmony between sugar and alcohol, and a good fixed acidity, which enhance the aromas of the wine making them persistent over time.
Just like Apulia, our food and wine pairing range from land to sea! Our red wines go perfectly with a gastronomy of authentic Mediterranean taste and match with the typical dishes of our territory, such as torcinelli and paccanelli. On the contrary, first and second courses based on fish, shellfish and raw seafood are the realm of white wines and rosé wines – the latter are also ideal with white meats and cheeses. Reserves and sparkling wines, on the other hand, cannot be missing to celebrate great occasions, anniversaries and events. Finally, whether you prefer land or sea, the best way to end a delicious meal is with a sweet passito.

Tiati
If our winery is inspired by Teanum Apulum, our finest line digs deep, bringing back Tiati, the great center founded in the first millennium BC. from the Dauni.

Òtre
“Otre” (which in Italian means wineskin) was the precious vessel used in ancient times by the god Aeolus to contain the winds. We still use it to enclose our best wines, hoping to give you a storm of emotions at every opening of the bottle.

Favùgnë
Favonio, Favùgnë for locals, is the hot and dry wind that blows from the west on our vineyards, bringing spring and favoring grape ripening.

Vento
VENTO logo is a modern representation of the mythical boat of Ulysses, and a tribute to his companion in arms, Diomede, who landed in these places and here chose to die.
